Me again, seem to be posting a lot in the last few days :)

Again on the new toy, just can’t seem to stay out of the garage. I was playing with the throttle today trying to get the feel of it, and I noticed it has a lot less play than my old xr400. It’s only got around 10mm of turn before its at full throttle.

Now I called the dealer and it seems that to ship the CRF with ADR they stick in a throttle stop screw. I have located the new screw (a lot shorter), but wanted a few opinions on whether to do it or not ? No idea on the power of the bike or how different it will be from the XR400.

    Cheers,

    Sneezy.

    Go the shorter screw!!!! :woohoo:

She is gunna be a whole new kettle of fish compared to the XR400. Get out of the bloody garage and ride it man!!

You will get used to the extra power in no time.

Just give it a go and take it easy for a while unti you get the feel of it. If you like it keep it, if not change it back but like Mick said, get out of the shed and ride.
