    1994 KTM 400 EXC (LC4) I have one sitting in the shed. Lets face it, now that I have the YZ I am not taking the KTM back out on the dirt.

    But, I am also into Cafe Racers and the KTM is begging to be stripped down and rebuilt as a Cafe Raceresque machine.

    Question is, can this model be registered?

    It should be. Being the EXC model and it has a compliance plate it should be good to go I reckon.

    found alot of pictures with them blinkers and lights on
    but none with a nsw plate on the rear

    I know the 2000 model is. Like Dusty said, if it has a compliance plate on the head stem tube, go your hardest.
