Well this ride was short and sweet. It started early but I was late sorry.
It is a bad sign when your alarm goes off at 430 and you are already running behind time. This ride was to find a link to the Berry patch etc via another way and we succeeded. These are some of the more interesting moments caught on Camera.
This is the Boonster and Snow stuck on a log. To Boonys credit he went the harder way but I will still rib you for getting stuck

This is Buzz getting caught on the same log as before but Snow is doing his best to make it hard. Boony once again is the clown!

Boony looses his bike in the under growth and I think is too stuffed to pick it up. Jarrod was in a spot of bother.

The ride went well with only one mechanical failure when dahmus’s bike packed it in and had to limp home. The guys went to refresh themselves but I had to get home to get this up for them when they get home. Great ride Boony and Snow well done again
January 9, 2011 at 9:26 am #194132thats gold arron. just keep the camera going at all times and no matter what…but what about that idiot that ran infront of the camera and you couldnt see the carnage, or was that a roo lol wish l was there
January 9, 2011 at 9:57 am #194155It was a good day. A bit short.
Our resident court jester and the carnage made it all the more worthwhile.
Thanks and well done Snowy and Polly for a very enjoyable morning.
January 9, 2011 at 10:30 am #194156Funny stuff Aaron.
Always keep the camera rolling mate. :woohoo:
So was that a track that was already there or making new a new one? Looks good either way. :woohoo:
January 9, 2011 at 12:01 pm #194170Mal We knew that the track existed but we just did not know where it was. We had tried to follow it on other occasions but regrowth and logging meant we kept going off track. Snow had been doing a bit of studying of maps and stuff and got us there. Of late various teams have been doing reconnaissance and it seems to be paying off. Will be sure to pay dividends for the Big Nundle Ride 2011
January 9, 2011 at 12:36 pm #194176Nice.
Hope I can make it again this year.
January 9, 2011 at 7:37 pm #194177Dunno what was funnier, Boony stuck or Aarons mad giggling!!
January 9, 2011 at 8:26 pm #194181Yep the hills were alive with the sound of 4 strokes,,mainly the ones stuck on logs,
or heading up some hill to find a way around a fallen tree, 😆 that looks very suspiciously like it was place to hault our progress.  Snow out did himself on this find,
those trails will be sweeeeeet with a little bit of cleanup work.
I had a top morning ,, however if anyone ever mentions a 05.00 start again I`m busy that day.
The crew once again was great , the riding was top notch and I even finished off the day with watching the tin lids ride their bikes in the padock and then a game of back yard cricket,,,Lifes Good
Nundle 2011 will be the best yet…Thanks for the day snowy
Some of the stuff we found that needs some work.
January 9, 2011 at 8:31 pm #194184A bit more of this and all will be fine,,
Now to organise a weekend to get up with a crew to clean it up

No Boony you have it all wrong! I was showing Snow how I would like to be pleasured using the tree branch behind me as a prop!
Jarrod on the other hand was quite happy with how Snow performed for him! :woohoo: You also had the spelling all wrong so I fixed that for you too. :laugh:January 10, 2011 at 11:03 am #194314Polly400 AKA gappy

January 10, 2011 at 11:05 am #194320Yep the Hills were alive..
Unseasonal weather gave us a very cool weekend up in the Nundle highlands.
Saturday explore day was a balmy 16.7 degrees at 7.00am Saturday when we commenced to put all of Snowys research into action.:cheer: :cheer: :cheer:
The research paid off with us discovering an unused logging trail ( great blast on Sunday) and another trail that was large in fokelore but obstinate to being rediscovered.
These two trails will provide a much larger loop out to & from the Berry Patch. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: 😆 😆 😆 😆Good research Snowy..
Come Saturday Nite, everyone in Tamworth had a huge nite, 5.00am start good idea but wrong day..
A few pics follow to record bits of the Sunday ride.
More of the mob mulling..
Aaron looking like he new what he was on about , Boony looking clownish
Buzz starts to get into trouble on one of the “logs”
