The normal Nundle mud was replaced with dust for todays ride which was done in what turned out to be a mild temperature unlike what I expected. Despite this it was a cracker and the loop we ran had everything from super tight singles to screaming leaf littered abandened backtracks. Mind you this was all after we spent an hour trying to get Aarons YZ going, Im sure he will fill everyone in on why he is now known as RAGS!!!.
The new mayor of Nundle Mr. Bollocks was a great replacement for the pussy who was missing in action. Well done to Buzz for leading the first part of the ride relaly well.

Stevo has used his Base Hospital gold pass to check in after an apparently good off thanks to a well placed rock Aaron left in place, so I hope your recovering mate cause mates rates only cover your X-Ray needs, the digital prostate exam, youll have to pay for yourself.

Looking forward to Bollocks’s video and photos, while I sit back poolside and rehydrate with some amber serum. Thanks boys for a great day.

dont tell me Aaron left a rag in his airbox while washing it and forgot to take it out?

    #195466

I dont want to start rumours but yes that is what he did. Hence from this day forth he shall be known as rags

Well named ride report Snowy :P

For the first time in my life i was actually early to the meeting point  Gradually everyone turned up and there wasn’t a hang over amoungst us  (scary)Had a chin wag and worked out we were going to unload at the Poderossa picnic spot as Snowy and Buzz had a few new tracks they wanted to share with the Old Bulls :)
Waiting to start the riders brief i couldn’t help over hearing a great amount of swearing and hissy fitting comming from over at Aarons direction  …when your finished cursing the Gods mate we will get this job on the road eh?
    Nup :(
Aarons bike just would not go….at all…3 spark plugs and a pull half way to coast behind a landcruiser and the bloody thing had about as much go in it as a “Sloth at a slumber party”
Aaron was chucking wobblys left right and centre and finally….after about an hour..opened the airbox
Spot on Husky….his little fellas favoriot tee shirt was jammed in there
    Aaron = A Rag :laugh:
Buzz took the lead and led us through some awesome trails, cheers mate :cheer:
Then Snowy had a go and took us through some more awesome trails. All though Snowy did head off track cutting through scrub with his little hand saw, due to the fact that last time he came this way there was a log the size of Ayres rock accross the road.Half followed and the other half sat on the road looking at Snowy and Co going into Bunyip territory…and at the same time looking at the enormious log on the road…which had been cut clean in half to let trucks through  ..Doh….wasn’t Snowy pissed when we finally let him know the road was clear    you legend :cheer:
Aaron and Snowy led the rest of the way and did a great job.Stevo had a decent off at a bit of pace and decided that he might bugger off back to the cars…next thing i know he was booking himself into the emergency ward
We then hit the new singles that the lads cut into the pines a week before,i think they must have used 10 cans of paint to mark out the track…oh,and not to mention grafiti on logs such as “Aaron sux”…”Pep is Gay”..and “Bollocks roots roos” …you guys must have found a few mushrooms in the forest :S
Everyone was about rooted so we headed back to the cars and down to the Dungowan Pub for a schooner :cheer:
Thanks for a great day guys….next time Boony  ;)
    Bol :woohoo:
Pics and vids to come :cheer:

As always an entertaining ride report from the Tamworth crew. This one was especially good as every photo didn’t have Boony’s dopey looking melon in them.

As for you Aaron.

    You Idiot.

Yes it is clear from yesterday that I am not a mechanic! Prepping two bikes to go into war was too much for me. One thing I do with boats is never hook it up to go for a lap unless it has started. Think I will do that now on the bikes. Felt so bad holding everybody up so if you have to change my name make it happen  Sad to say it is not the first time that has happened  I put a rag in the inlet on the head when i was adjusting the needle clip on the carbie of the WR 3yrs ago. I will never do it again! Borrowing TB’s words “stupid is what stupid does”.If only I had told Darren he had to drag his BRP from Moree so I could have left the Black beast in the shed where it belongs! 😆 Will post my ride report and videos later.

It was a great day on the trails once we got going hey Aaron. What was the comment, “wouldn’t have this problem if Yamaha brought out a fuel injected WR”.
I don’t think that would have solved you air intake problems.
I had a ball on the new tracks, but I still can’t get over those damned logs(maybe I could do with one of them off road courses)
I’d like to thank every one for a top day and all there help and especially Snowy and Aaron for leading and Damusfor sweeping all day
Oh and sorry once again, sorry about the rock Snowy.

I’m not totally sure you have not taken that comment out of context Buzz.
I would only have one bike(If they brought out a EFI WR 450F )thus would only been able to service one,not two bikes which I have been shown to be incapable of. But anyway I’m never going to redeem myself especially in this thread so I going to get the lube out and grin and bear it. :( I need cheering up I might post some vids of Boll and Buzz having some difficulty :woohoo: Yeah that will make me feel better and maybe some seropax and Beer!!! :silly:
