Ok so I got a new computer running windows 7 and it doesnot open videos in the ride reports, it show a box where the image is and in the top left corner it has a tiny square that looks like coloured umbrellas in the foreground and a blue beach with horizon in the background. Any ideas? Thanks snowy

You may need to download the flash player. I’ve never used Windows 7.

Please limit the amount of dribble and crap slinging in the tech help thread, if some one has posted here its because they need help or can help. Any posts that we the Admin team think are non constructive, arent helpful or arent asking a question will be moderated, there are plenty of other places to carry on the OBT way. Other than that same same as per the normal OBT

Download JAVA http://www.java.com and also flash player that will get you out of trouble also with Win7 I like to always turn UAC off it’s more of a pain than a help.

Follow this to turn off uac

The nerdy one :) :) :) suggested Macromedia Flash.

It would seem that some versions of W7 do not have the flash player

    Try this link

    SUCCESS!!

Thanks to all respondents, the secret was getting rid of the UAC which despite my telling it I was happy for the program to be downloaded must have been blocking them all. Once I shut the UAC off I could download the flash player and the videos run. Snowy :woohoo:
