Did this 2 day course over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also found it extremely beneficial. Areas of focus included:
    Standing body positioning
    Seated body positioning
Using the weight on your pegs to turn
Using the weight on your footpegs to increase grip
    Body positioning for cornering
Various uses of the throttle, clutch and both brakes
    Corning in ruts
    Jumps
    Getting over logs and obstacles.

Is the course for everyone? Possibly not…it is designed for riders of various standards, so there is some fairly elementary stuff covered. There are also some extremely difficult skills exercises introduced that even very good riders would find challenging. You also have the opportunity to push yourself as hard or as easy as you like. If you are a technically good, experienced off road rider and you want to benefit from every part of a two course (not just a few things), this is possibly not it…but for everyone else I would highly recommend it.
Now I just need to get out and practice those skills.
Oh, one more thing; the cost of this course represents extremely good value.
