Pep arrived at my place at 06.30 to pick me and the bikes up. We met the mob at our normal meeting place following a detour to Maccas for a caramel latte and a brekky rap.
There was seven of us and we uloaded at ponderosa and set sail for the new singles buzz had cut in,,he done a top job too, this trail will be awesome once we work them in a bit more.
The pace was a cracker and we ended up at our lunch stop in no time at all.
Bikes and blokes fed we headed back to the trails, we changed the route back a bit but still ended up back at Buzz`s trail and rode it again.
It was a brilliant day on the bikes.

You should have been there Snowy09    :pinch:

OBT of the year was anounced last night but the moderators want to make the announcement. He looked good with his “Crown” though, I’ll tell you that much. I got a prize for being a ride whore :D

Matt picked us up at 6-20 am and it was straight to macca’s on the west side for coffee and a quick bite. Then straight out to Nemmingah to meet up with the rest of the crew.
With formalities out of the way it was straight to Pondarosa to unloadamd hit the trails.
First was Back Creek which was quite damp ( note to self don’t get too carried away with the throttle in wet conditions).
Then came the new single which worked better than I thought ( thanks for the compliment Boony).
Then onto The Berry Patch for lunch and fuel via Snowy’s trails in reverse.
After lunch it was back to the trails where I had a go at leading ( second note to self don’t grab a handful of front brake in the corners ).
We worked our way back to the cars and loaded up and headed off for the usual refreshments.
It was a great day with good friends.
Thanks for the lift Matt and thanks every one for a great day of riding.

Yes Yes I have been told a few thousand times how good a ride it was – I get it. Ill just have to console myself with knowing I earnt enough to keep the bike habit going for a bit longer. You Boon dog are headingf for the mother of all roostings at the first chance I get (I might not even wait till you even near a bike, next bucket of mud I find is coming your way)
