Hey all i have a chance to buy a 99 yz250 for $2500 but iam sure i can get it cheaper is what i would like to know how many more years do you think oem parts will be avl for this bike?

Here is a few pics of the bike iam thinking on

99′ yz250, Renthal fatbars on bar raisers, Procircuit pipe, One Ind. gripper seat, Professionally polished silencer, swing arm and top tripple clamp, Top end rebuilt approx. 15hrs ago, Bike comes with original pipe and blue front and rear gards, 85% on tyres front and rear.

Here is the avg private sales price i dont know how accurate this is but would any of you purchase this bike he says 2nd to 3rd kick starts fine,

    Cheers

If everything is tight ie bearings suspension linkages, gears change as they should and you intend riding it on private property, id say buy it you will have a lot of fun on it.

Sure does look pretty tidy. If it all went tits up you’d still recover a good chunk of money flogging parts. I reckon buy it!

Shame you can’t rego it though.

If it goes anything like Champo’s TM then it will be a blast to ride. Plenty of ‘fun’ even at slower speeds.
