AnonymousI fixed it!!!
Most of the issue was a wire that was part broken in it’s sheath from the CDI. It was casuing intermittent spark under load. I repaired the wire and the bike went better.
Spurred on by my ‘great success’ I played with the jetting, idle and air screw again and now it runs sweet from bottom to top!!
The only problem now is that is hits band HARD. I said to Tyne I can make it more docile again but she’s adamant on keeping it as it is.
It’s been good bike practise, I can change the needle and or position in less than 4 minutes now with the tank and seat bolted on
