Hey whos coming with you?
October 27, 2008 at 9:42 pm #110620Yes Mick will be there,it appears that I have a leave pass!! I just have to organise some extra staff to help the missus and all is good.
We are looking at bringing a 21′ pantech with the bikes and gear on board.
I have 4 of us from up here keen, although I will need another 2 riders at least to warrant the cost of bringing the truck.October 27, 2008 at 10:32 pm #110621

Loaded??? Man, my little import business has been put on hold for a while, have you seen the AUD against the Yen, 0.57c:( six months ago it was AU$1.06 at one stage.
I can’t afford to bring the bikes home,that I already own untill things start looking up.October 28, 2008 at 12:09 am #110626
AnonymousWhy can’t you bring them here if you alreday own them? I can understand you not wanting buy anymore bikes…
The shipping doesn’t cost that much, do you have de-registration and Japanese contact fee’s to pay?
October 28, 2008 at 12:45 am #110629I don’t have enough bikes to warrant the cost of a 20 foot container (the cheapest way to transport them)and to buy more bikes the way the dollar is, amounts to plain economical stupidity.
Im kinda between a rock and a hard place at the moment.October 28, 2008 at 12:52 am #110632
