Tell me if this is enough one (5) kg Butt of beef and 2 (5) kilo porks for the spit. thats 15 kgs How many we got coming? do i need more???? have got all the plastic knives and forks

And can everyone try to bring camcorders and cameras. need as much footage as i can get.

I have no idea Madmacs, Food catering is not my forte
TB has the numbers in hand, so far I think theres 20 head, sure to get more than that !!!
I will have a camera there for sure, dont own a camcorder.

I have spoken with Mac on the phone, he said he may get another 5kg of meat to be sure, hey cold meat next day I reckon is all good, will be more of a comprehensive wrap up of details during the next week.
