I am doing up a 08 YZ 250 and I have stripped the forks down to see how they are and have found both free pistons have cracked in the upper chambers . This seems like a common problem , now I have checked out the SDI free pistons and have actually seen some on ebay that I think is your ebay shop.
My question is what improvement do these make over the standard item ?

    cheers Ian

We sell the stock plastic Pistons individually, you can only buy a complete compression assembly from Yamaha.
Alternatively we have our alloy Pistons.
They are the KYB AOSS fork, rebound and comp in each leg.
    Cracking Pistons is very common.
Call Jack at the shop tomorrow. 47322626

Good forks. So good Yamaha is still running them in 2016! No air forks for another year, hooray!

this is the best thing I am waiting to try out , the 2012 ktm sx I had I never liked the front end
The o7 CR250 I done up before the ktm I thought had a better set up with the showas , but everything I read about the YZ states that they are the best “off the showroom floor”” forks
