    The KTM dealer at Springwood has the 09 models in the show room ,was talking to the guy there and he is going to stock heaps of parts for the Bergs….And they do look Sh*t Hot

    And rego means you can come for a ride, say the three day in March and bring my mate KTM01 aka everybody loves Raymond. There will be a 3 day ride in March at Wauchope

    Hey this is interesting, Motos’ link was sales figures for “off road” bikes. Look at the figures for “enduro” bikes http://www.mcnews.com.au/NewsArchives/2008/Sales_3rd_Quarter/top_enduro.htm%5Bhide%5D%5B/hide%5D

    This says they sold more DRZ’s than KTM’s :)

    TB had a good point though about Police buy DRZ’s among other guys like bike tour companies that would help their figures. People always say the bush is full of Orange, but everytime I have ridden in the time I’ve been riding I am one of the few Orange bikes around. I think I see Blue more than anything else.

    Think of it like this, KTM and Bergs are the sexy European super models that everyone wants to look at touch, be seen with and ride, people are intimidated by there natural beautey, exectional performance, and sleek lines.
    Most people dream of riding a super model but never do!

    That’s a good turn around, timewise I mean. Just gotta hope the apprentice hasn’t put so much heat through the enigine that he fries the oil and siezes the bearings simultaneously :ohmy:

    I am impressed that you dont give up, no its not an problem as I spoke with the man that owns the shop, that does the work himself as he is the man, he un like you is professional, smart and a pleasure the deal with. He explained how he would do it and why he would do it that way. He also showed me 2 KTM cases he was repairing there that had engine parts try to escape but that happens I guess, no thanks for your concern but its all good, I will PM you his details as I am going down the shed now to put and axe thru your crankcase you can ring him

    How did the axe in the crank case go? Can you run the axe through my front forks too, might loosen them up a bit :p

    Went into new KTM dealer at springwood and got a price on a 09 450 EXC today and checked out the new Berg, yes it does look sh#t hot, fuel injection, half the fuel tank under the seat for better weight distribution, if I did’nt have orange blood I would buy one! :P :P :P :P
