October 4, 2009 at 8:19 am #155134Hey cycle tune is it a 2 stroke or 4 stroke, the TE are a four stroke I think and the WR are the 2 stroke model. Sounds like a good price either way. Any rego? Why are you selling it?

October 4, 2009 at 8:23 am #155147it is a wr ,,, very nice bike,, just not in my reach at the moment…
October 4, 2009 at 8:31 am #155148Just buy it Boony, you wont regret it.
They feel right when you get on them (not like KTMs), they don’t get headshake (like KTMs), no PDS to smash your tailbone (like KTM) and they look fully sic mate.
It is a good price if your in the market for a 2 stroke and there is nothing wrong with it.
October 4, 2009 at 8:33 am #155149If i could get it I would dont you worry mal… Then the thumpa track would be fun…hey
October 4, 2009 at 8:47 am #155151Yeh. I wish i had my 300 for Louee. It would have been good to go up against ollie, meance and champo (although he is to fast for me) on the thumper track.
Anyway BUY THE 250….. :woohoo: :woohoo:
October 4, 2009 at 8:52 am #155154Why is it for sale after only 150kms and wheres the photos ?

AnonymousWhats with the two stroke love affair thats going on at the moment with everyone?
I’m not throwing out burley looking for a fish either.
October 4, 2009 at 9:12 am #155156I am not fishing either Dan but its the whole light weight thing I think.
Hey when you stuck to Champo on the thumper track you had your big tank on your heavy 4 stroke and you had what 15 litres on board
And the fastest bike around the grass track was the heaviest bike at Louee
But I understand how light weight can be a benefit hey Mal, when you have to push it home
Sorry mal it just came out, couldnt stop it
Each to his own I say
Now where are the pictures of this said smoker?

think people just like a change but 2strokes are fun to ride .they are crap on transprot sections but and there fuel range is average good if not riding to far from the car but i love them (old school) :woohoo:

Dan – I bought mine cause I’ve never had a 2 stroke and it’s fun to ride. I still think I’m faster on the Sherco. But man when the band comes on :woohoo: :woohoo:
TB –
I’ve been waiting for you or Moto to start. And yes they are heaps easier to push when busted. I would like to race you pushing our bikes from Portland cemetry to Medogrockets palce.

It can’t be a question of weight TB because if it was we would all be trying to lose 10kg ourselves before we worry about 4 or 5 on the bike.

AnonymousYeah fair calls on the 2 stroke v 4 stroke debate.
You are right TB I was carrying 15 litres of fuel on my big heavy 4 stroke when I was having a go with Champo. I actually prefer to run the big tank over the stock one these days. It protects the radiators better and I dont have to worry about running out of fuel as much.
After riding the two strokes at Louee I am happy to stay with a four. Thats only my opinion though for what it’s worth.
