i have actually now met Mr Darstardly, he is pretty cool. he stressed that he is in for the long haul and is quite reservedabout his person. he did ask me to get you to back off a bit and he will show himself to you at the appropriate time and place.
he is real, as i quizzed him over a few things…

if you cannot tell someone in a PM who you are or how they would be able to ID you at an event, when they say they “give their word” they will say hello. it seems they do not intend to fulfil said meet and greet.
i understand that someone may not want the whole world to know your ID, but when you say you will talk to someone at an event with 500 riders + others not riding, but do not include how you would recognise someone you have not met before or even to tell you what make and or even capacity mount you will be on.
