Still orange and unlike the SX range the EXC still has 1970 YZ mono shock rear suspension.

Like shooting fish in a barrel.

Seriously though I am surprised they stayed with PDS when the SX (4T) range has gone with linkage. I would happily lay down cash for the 350. I would just need to change the plastics. No way I could live with the colour.

It seems it will come. As they have conceded on the MX bikes so too will they on the Enduro ones. It is just a matter if time.

Very glad to see they still have kickstarters. B)
A salesman from a KTM shop tried to tell me that the reason the Husabergs have no kicker was because the EFI needs more power than you can kick to operate. I knew this was not the case as my good mate Mals 5.1 Sherco had a kicker.
    Cheers
Murph (would seriously think about owning a new 500)

The flying freckle looked very uncomfortable when asked to compare the link vs PDS and gave a very diplomatic answer.

Overall, what I took from that is the link is easier to setup and works better over a wider variety of conditions which is what you get when riding off road. Link will come to EXC range it’s only a matter of time. Maybe they still have contracts with PDS parts suppliers.

    I still want a 350EXC.

KTM owns the suspension company they use, White Power, so a contract for suspension parts won’t be an issue.

Yeah but like nearly all llarge motoring companies even KTM/Whitepower would not manufacture all there own parts and materials but would outsource a lot of parts to sub contracted companies.

    Yep I suppose so

Does anyone know why they started using PDS in the first place?

Good time to buy a 2011 KTM, they should be going cheap
