    I was down at a recent Honda dealer meeting and got to see the new CRF250L due for release around August 12.
    Think XR250, it’s no race bike but it sure will be good to have an entry level trail bike that’s a full 250, liquid cooked, leccy leg, disc f&r and decent (for trails) suspenders. It’s pretty well priced too, the first lot that are coming will be $6,690 ride away!

    $6.690 sounds like a bargain, i’m guessing it’s not registerable?

    pretty much but the Honda maybe slightly more road/trail may have to wait till someone tests em back to back??

    yes it’s regod and ride away at $6690! It’s probaly going to make a mess of drz, klx and ttr 250 sales.

    about time honda came back with something like this, I guess the worst thing is it’s still a honda maybe something my daughter could ride though.

    I think it can get registered. Fuel injected too!

    In the shops as we speak. morris moto in orange have three on the floor.

    I like the look and feel of them. Nice wide seat, bit like the XR’s.

    Best thing it’s $5990 plus on roads!

    So far; typical honda reliability and quality. We sold about 8 so far and have had zero issues reliability wise.
    They are a touch heavy feeling but there never going to be a race bike. A great all round trail bike / small bore adventure bike.
    Theres a heap of accessory gear around too!
