Hey Mick great ride report, That was the best weekend ride ive had for a long time.I met a heap of great blokes all with a common interest, had the chance to ride on some of the best trails in the country(world)awsome stuff!
Thanks also go to Ant for Sweeping and all the lads for helping each other out when they needed it,like me when my bike got stuck in the filthiest bog going. Also a big thanks to KTMRAT for helping me and Dean get home after my Rekluse clutch was screaming for mercy!Rick also had a blast and this was just what the doctor ordered for him,he is now looking at buying my 360 off me to get a bit more involved.Although I didnt ride on Sunday,I went to my olds place and did about 4 hours around Maria state forest on some cross country style tracks on my brothers WR450.I only fell off once! I just got home about 30 minutes ago and jumped on the computer to check out the ride reports, good stuff!! cheers Boys looking forward to coming up there again sometime.B)

    cheers Ollie

Thanks for the kind words Ollie, I am glad you and Rick had a great time because we did.
Fossil, who works for Rock Motor Cycles in Port Macquarie managed to secure a few prizes for me to give away to who I think was worthy. The prizes were a Really snazzy No Fear Honda Racing hat and a BMW G 450 X shirt.

And after much deliberation the winners are…………

Moose wins the Honda hat as he didn’t ride on the Saturday and lent his bike to his brother John to ride instead, then made the effort to bring the food and fuel to Swans Crossing, a gesture that really helped make the day. Thanks Mate.

The winner of the shirt was a hard one but I decided the winner to be Ollies mate Rick. Not only did he ride a borrowed bike but a bike that had been built out of two separate brand bikes!!! It had been some time since Rick rode and he held his own all day and went the distance. Congratulations mate.

Ollie get Rick to contact me and I will get the shirt to him.

Hey Mick, Ollie told me to call u about a win I had on the weekend. I looked at the web site and got a huge surprise, as you can see, I’ve joined. Thanks for the comments and I am now going all out to obtain a bike so I can, hopefully, join you guys more often for rides. This past weekend was the best return to riding I could have hoped for. A great bunch, knowledgable trail bosses, excellent weather, top lunch, perfect terrain, I could go on and on. My mobile is 0414 360430. (true)By the way, thanks once again to ollies for the loaner. My soul has been refreshed

Our club has it’s sprint round that weekend. We could ride at Fossils on Saturday and race the BRPs in the sprints on Sunday maybe?

Mate I was only joking about racing.
When it comes to racing,as soon as the gate drops, my head turns into a pumpkin and my aspirations far out weigh my abilities.
