The final results ( from what I can make of Mylaps !! ) are in and LC did an amazing job finishing the 4 days in a very very respectable 119th , awesome job mate :woohoo:

Lee Palmer finished in 91st overall and 8th in class , wow , not bad for a bloke that was looking at it as a fun week of riding !!!

Can’t wait to hear the stories :)

Awesome effort just backing up for four days let alone getting results that solid. It would be tempting to pull the pin at times as the fatigue would really set in but you boys proved your mettle.
    Well done!!

    Great result LC ;)
you weren`t that far back off the pace looking at the times for the tests ?

I bet your sick of the Dungog dust after 4 days in bone dry conditions ???
She`d be a different story up there today after the rain we copped the past 24hrs though

Shitty and I had a massive session on the grog last night at the presentation then had to pack up and drive home this morning

It was tough to survive out there, heaps of people dnf’d (Shitty included). I hurt my arm about an hour into day 1 and the swelling and pain got worse as the days went on. I’m pretty stoked with 120 outright!

That`s unlike you to hit the Bar with a vengeance LC

Some of the pics I have floating around on the internerd show the dust to be diabolically powdery

It was tough out there, hurt my leg the morning of day 1 and could hardly walk but battled through, ended up 117th.

Congrats to all that rode, I know what a 4 day is like and it’s pretty intense for a week. The whole lead up, preparation, scrutineering, walking tests, the whole deal. Again well done, LC you sounded pumped when I spoke with you a day or two before the ride. It’s a bug they reckon, take what you learned and go again
