My body armour arrived today and the qaulity looks really good. The wife rekons i look like a pregnant ninja turtle and i must say it feels different to my “OLD” fox gear. Will let you know how it goes on the caves ride.

It is funny that we met some dudes coming the other way on saturday ( a rare occasion around here) and two of them were dressed exactly the same in 4BP riding gear (have never seen the gear before ), I thought that’s a bit gay (dressing like your ride buddy), untill I saw one was on a XR and new for sure he wasn’t gay.LOL

report on new 4BP armour- number one son rode with it all day (after wearing it around house for 2 hrs previous day??-said he wanted to get used to it but I wonder) and was pleased.. no chafe marks, fits nice. Only smaLL complaint was that zip rubbed against his throat/collarbone-mum might sew apiece of material there.

    overall- service 10/10
    -quality and fitment 8/10
    – value for money- 9/10
    :) :) :)

After riding in wet and cold conditions on the caves to caves ride, i must say that my new 4BP body armour was really comfortable and i am very happy with it so far. Thanks to Kate for the fast post and the one size bigger is the go.

    Here Here,
I too found it to be very comfy over the 2 days ( we had all our gear on to keep warm & dry )
I didn`t reqally give it the full test, although I did have a meeting with the wire fence on the road down to Jenolan Caves:ohmy:     Maybe it saved me more than I realise,,,

Thanx again Kate & Moot Designs;)
