An important part of Adv riding is to have a beer at the end of the day !
Sometimes it means traveling a long way with your beers before camp, this poses 2 problems ..

    1 how to carry them
2 how to keep them cold ( yes I know poms drink warm beer blah blah but I like a cold beer now !!! :D

This system seems to work well ;)

Get a waterproof stuff bag large enough for your required beers

    Fill with beer of choice

    Add ice and close

Strap to bike making sure it’s secure , if it does fall off be sure you attached a Spot tracker just in case you need to go looking ;) :D :D

Once the beers gone the stuff bag folds up small ready for the next stop ;)

Hmmm, I’m hearing ya and seeing it but, I don’t know if it will work in the quantities I’m thinking about.

Bol, can you hook me up with some of the dehydrated stuff you speak about ?

I can imagine how excited you were when you saw this thread , you thought their was actually an Esky designed for an Adv bike 😆 😆

I really want to see you cool a beer down with dry ice in a can :pinch: that would be worth the drive to Wauchope :P

Got it from the wholesalers years ago when they were supplying LV light kits in them.
Squashes down pretty flat to fit in a bag and fits a 6 pack with ice when rquired.

I lent one to Lotsa and its been hard to get back

There is a plastic pannier that can be used as an esky on an adventure bike, go to http://www.safarican.com.au, also fits most jerry can holders. Is 20 litres and is made out of rain water tank plastic with a dust proof food grade silicon seal. Can also be used as a washing machine while travelling with the optional shelf insert.
