The worst coffee ever for sure
Dejay had some bike trouble that was fixed quickly and easily by stopping the flux compacitor from cross modulating, once this was done and we rerouted the fuel line so that when Dejay sat down he didnt pinch it stopping the fuel and causeing a puzzled look on dejays face
That was funny when it was discovered

It was great to catch up with everyone, and meet a couple of new faces.
Thanks to Eags for helping me push the tenere  never again, and the ride down to St Albans with Eags and Ace was the start of some great fun that continued to sunday night when i got home. The beer and company was good on friday night and because i was a good boy it meant i didnt have a head ache in the morning when TB through a pillow at my head, i then jumped up and made two of the worst coffee’s on earth
TB and I left early and i was told that dejay had called and said that he was sitting on the lounge with the shits cause he couldnt come out to play, bummer
then a bike came flying past me and it took a bit to work out what was going on  Dejay you sneaky sh#t head
Us three knuckle heads got on the move and im not sure what trail we were on, i think it was near Bilpin and it was rough and scenic but i didnt get to look at the view cause i was concentrating on hanging on to the tenere, i was loving it. :woohoo:

I was having some serious fun, the riding was amazing, one section needed a detour and we needed a way of telling everyone, three very smart men were replaced by a few knuckleheads    But three wise men argued and laughed until a master piece was created ( i hope someone got a pic )
All the trails were just great and i think from day 1 i would say that i cant really pick a favourite trail, they were all just bloody awesome and the time we got to Bathurst i was keen for a beer and i think we had earned one.
It was good to see everyone arrive at Kelso”s pub safe and sound with big smiles.TB, you organised a perfect weekend and im in for the next one.
Dead set perfect.Day 2 later

November 7, 2012 at 1:49 am #231879My highlights.
Having bets on how late Kram would be to our rendevous. Turns out we underestimated him!
Great ride down to Gloucester, then over Barringtons to Moonan Flat. After that it was just painfull tar.
Catching up with everyone at St Albans.
The look on Kram’s face as he was explaining all the things we had buggered up so far with regard to our new GPS units. [no maps, no connecting screws, I would have loved to have had a blood pressure machine hooked up to T.B ]
Strucky, the master navigator. As he had a tank bag with a clear pocket on top, he was instantly voted our lead man. Good choice, as he also doesn’t kill as many brain cells on a nightly basis as Toes, Kram or myself.
Awesome scenery, great trails, just enough rain to settle the dust in places.
Bridle Trail.
Some really open, slidey dusty roan heading towards Rylestone. Great fun.
Toes and strucky then headed for home[ thanks for the company gents] With Kram and myself heading through Elliston up to Nundle for a night at the Peel Valley Inn. Old mate did us a room and brekky deal, Better than camping at that stage of the day. Clean rooms, good food, and friendly service. Even better, they didn’t have a twin room made up, so we had to have seperate rooms. As anyone who has roomed with Kram will tell you, this means a lot more peacefull nights sleep. We were too buggered to even play up a little bit, couple of beers, tea then bed.
Home through Nowendoc, Tia , Kangaroo Flat then down into the top of the Hastings topped off a great weekend.
Thanks T.B for dragging us kicking and screaming into the new technology era, not to mention the whole weekend. Good on you mate.
Strucky, Toes and Kram for the company.
Glad to see you all again.

Here is the truth
Actually there was no real blood pressure at the time at St Albans until Kram (remembering I had heard earlier heard he was an hr and a half late to meet you guys waiting for him at the start of the day) So as it got later and later friday night I kept thinking he will come and ask me for the mounts and stuff so he could mount his GPS and get ready (surely he wouldn’t want to be unprepared and not ready two days in a row he may develop a reputation    ) but no I had to find him at 10.30 and ask did he want them. Then he said no (insert blood pressure here yes here  ) that he would just follow Strucky, and to leave the stuff in my car ( I know they weren’t only his but he had ordered them that makes him responsible I reckon a leader as such  ) I told him I would take the mounts and stuff out of the car and throw it in the paddock after all I had picked them up for him during the week and it had been a clear condition of the ride that you had to have a gps setup. Anyway he came and got them then the standard 100 excuses and she will be rights laughed off and Strucky lead anyway the next day     Didn’t matter this time, everyone enjoyed themselves and no one got lost much 😆
I spoke with Kram yesterday and he has booked his lesson with me on my way to Coffs as he wants to get his head around the whole gps and computer thing soon which is great
You are welcome Moose glad you enjoyed the ride mate (can you bring my giant loop to Coffs please)

I was there when TB came over & asked Kram if he wanted the stuff actually and wondered what it was for a minute, as Kram rarely needs “More Stuff” :silly: :laugh:When the box of said parts was dropped on the table later on, it was a smorgasbord of ram mounts, cables, outlets, Pivot pegs & mounts etc etc
I then heard & saw the noisy ones up till the wee hours over by the public toilet light atempting to get some of it mounted on the DR   MickP was little help either by that stage :SWasn`t real successfull I suspect
Thank god Strucky was leading you blokes around then & not meNovember 7, 2012 at 6:25 am #232116November 7, 2012 at 6:30 am #232118Another great vid by Speilberg! Well done TB great stuff!!
