Adventure ride Sunday 25/09/11

Hey Guys

Organising a ride to get some more saddle time and get use to some long stints. Will be starting at Penrith at 6am Sunday the 25th of September, will be going through windsor no later than 7am. Heading up the putty, with some of TB secret tracks chucked in for good measure, yengo and wisemans.
Will be stopping as little as possible, and wont be back untill dark!!!

Ok Deejay route planned and it’s a cracker around 530kms for the day. 81kms bitumen in broken lots. The rest twin, wide single and dirt roads, counter lunch planned

I just spoke to TB and he said he’s freezing cold , and got a wet boot and all before they hit the dirt. But it’s ok cause Dejays grip heaters don’t work

Good thing to have more than one on a ride (Dejay`s is working fine) :laugh:

I am not really sold on the reliability of these for solo rides. I realise they are better than not having anything, but one would still need to remember that it may not be doing what you think it is while your out there alone :whistle:

One would really hope to christ that it does work if the shit hits the fan and need to ht the sos button !!!!
