I’m in the market for a new motorbike and can’t help being drawn back to the Husky’s.
Now I’ve never owned one before and only ridden an old TE450 (only had a kick start) but the smile that spread across my face when I was hurling around the trails on that was HUGE.
I keep comparing the feeling of riding that the small number of other bikes I’ve been on and none seem to match the fluid responsivness of that bike. I should mention I’ve only ridden a 2001 suzuki DRZ400E , a 2010 DRZ 250, a way too small Honda CRF230 and a 2011 Kawazaki KLX250. Oh and my old chinese crap bike.
I’m not after a 450 bc I did crash that one into a tree  as it was just too much for me to handle. I’d only riden a motorbike 5 times when they put me on that beast and took me down some steep trails. Plus the thing was geared for motorcross and I kept stalling it (very embarrasing).
Anyway, I think I’m after a second hand TE 310. But
1. How old should I go? I can’t kick start anything seriously I struggle with a 75cc.
2. Is there a max number of Km’s??
3. I only want to spend max 7000 less is better.
4. I’m about 5 11″ tall , female, and NOT a small build (no way am I putting my weight on a forum  )
5. Is there certain things I should be aware of when looking at second hand husky’s?
Thanks guys for your advice.
