Hi Eagle
2000 Kx ones will fit on the 2002 klx300, just have to drill 1 hole in a different place, but you need the slides as well. Pretty sure they are the same for the klx250 as they are basically same bike.cheers Hatto

October 30, 2009 at 12:56 am #157801i dunno Ollie i’ve been tempted to make some stainless ones for K8i.
or alloy even, but carbon would look the goods

but may go walk about real easy.
October 30, 2009 at 1:01 am #158646Nah Drew,Eagle has the skills and hopefully the resources still to be able to knock up some CF stuff. Probably need a kevlar/CF weave for best results though Eags

October 30, 2009 at 11:04 pm #157803AFTER ANOTHER WASTED TRIP INTO THE KAWASAKI DEALER TODAY, i AM STILL WITHOUT GUARDS OF ANY TYPE
But then I get onto Sheree at Kawasaki Connection Cessnock & she tells me they are available

There is a bit of a part number chase to do with the tech dudes in sydney on monday, but they apparently are available afterall & they have been supplied before !!!
Seems like the dudes were having a “boy look” so my other half tells me
Here`s hoping
November 7, 2009 at 8:09 am #157804The new genuine guards have turned up & been installed !!!
Thanx to Cherie at KAWASAKI CONNECTION Cessnock

Maybe some other dealers need to have a better look at the computer system & their CUSTOMER NEEDS

A lot of wasted time was spent by myself chasing the parts that “ARE AVAILABLE” (3 trips to a dealer with no luck)
Anyway. all is good now, I have the parts & have found a new supplier for future assistance it seems

Cheers
