    G’day Fellow Old Bulls,

I am Nigel, a resurrected dirtbike rider after about a 25 year break from riding. The last time I was on a dirtbike, Stephen Gall was the mx king, and so were the likes of Geoff Ballard and Phil Lovett in the enduro world.

I have an 04 WR450f with a few mods that make it it easier for an old fat bull to ride, such as Rekluse clutch and rear trials tyre.

I am unemployed at present, health problems… but the upside is that I owned a dirtbike and little all else:P I’ll be out of action for a little while, but look forward to tagging along on a ride, when I get back on my feet again.

    Nigel

    Ollie,

I did most of my early riding down Nowra way at a place called Blackbutt Gully and all the local state forests. I once met up with “Grunter” at Blackbutt Gully when he was doing some testing of the Kwacka factory bikes. He was such a good bloke, he gave me a whole stack of his old factory bike race spares from his KX’s. They bolted on quite nicely onto my old KDX175. I basically had full factory suspended KX with all the lightweight bits,in the guise of a standard KDX but I was still a crap rider……and 25 years later still am.

Ha Ha, I know what you mean, but at least you felt like you were riding a trick bit of kit! A rather overweight friend of mine (gyday Pud if your there)who was always at the back of the pack taking crap, one day something got up his nose and with no word of a lie,he was the fastest guy out there and was riding like he was possessed!! ( he was also on an old run down PE250c) amazing, no one laid crap on him after that!

I have just taken some new pics of the paddle tyre I have for sale and found this pic of me on my phone from a few months back.

I am actually half human, half cyborg. This pic shows me with a small proportion of the number of probes attached to me. Just checkout the bundles of wires taped to my shoulders. I was being reprogrammed for good instead of evil.

I am not looking very happy because the anal probe attached, was slightly too large and wasn’t ribbed to my liking :silly:

Mate if it wasn’t so serious I would have laughed my head off. Actually I couldn’t help but laugh, at what you posted. No doubt you are a unit and I am looking forward to meeting you at the Xmas party!!:woohoo:
You look completly different to what I imagined. Keep your chin up mate and keep looking on the bright side of life, don’t let the little things get you down.;)
BTW that is one serious wiring loom, it looks about as good as the ones on chinese motorbikes.LOL

Mick, Don’t sound so morbid. I am cool. I just thought it was a good pic of me in a funny situation, displaying one of my very, very rare serious moments. This probably isn’t what you are thinking it is. I was attending a sleep study session to investigate possible causes of some other ailments. I am not going to die yet!! Well, not at least before the xmas party.

The day you see a wr450f for sale on this site is when you can start assuming that things are pretty bad. LOL. :)

    I am fine.
