The Camera never shows how steep the hills are.
Nice style coming up the Valley run.

Team Galey’s Hill.
Marty450, I paused your video in certain sections and laughed my head off. You can tell how steep it is by the way the 450 throws you off the back and you slide down the hill.
Rocket, I think you will like the loop.
More to come.

April 27, 2012 at 1:46 am #220692Nice pics Marty 450. The day did warm up to 7 degrees so it wasn’t all bad.
Yes ,the lads and I did some pre running for the grade 4/5 loop on the B’day weekend. It had rained the days before so traction was an issue at times hey Goccy!
We tested out some of the more difficult hills and rode in some new ones. The Maddening threw us all a curve ball.
The Valley Run pine singles got a run through and is coming along nicely. Thanks for the company lads and thanks for your help.
I will add some videos as they load up.
GaleyKTM300 ride rating 6/10. Too cold and its only April
April 27, 2012 at 1:53 am #220694Pic 1 & 2 = mystery pine singles after Goccy had traction issues on a slippery rutted climb. :pinch:
Pic 3 & 4 = Nice little dam behind the Jail.
Pic 5 = Top of Ski jump. Bypass taken after Marty 450 had a couple of cracks at the right hand line and I had a attempt at the left hand line. Heading over to Team Galey’s and The Maddening.

I think if this goes into the loop it will be a hard easy option. Down only , unless the pros want to ride up it! EV? :silly:

May 3, 2012 at 1:17 am #220716That camera takes a great picture Marty450. Very clear.
A Canon wasnt it? :whistle:May 4, 2012 at 9:35 pm #220946That was on a Pentax camera mate. but i just bought another one which is a Canon IXUS220, these things are really sharp with the photos and also take video.I have read a few articles on them and they rate really high with picture quality.
Harvey Norman have them on special for $198, get onto it. Perfect size for ridng too.
