looking at the route it should be a cracker of a ride.

Do it Pete ,,
Will be a crackerJune 19, 2012 at 11:24 pm #224569Trailboss wrote:No read it with your eyes open  I will be doing it AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER
TBSeptember you say. Hmmm I have some time off in September but have a few commitments during that time. If I get a chance to bond with the Husky between now and then and the dates line up this loop looks like a cracker.
June 19, 2012 at 11:28 pm #224155It will be navigation only as well, I like the format and the idea of riding my own ride all day

June 27, 2012 at 8:21 pm #224156I found the everytrail link to the GPX file would not work with my mapsource program and a ZUMO.
I have extracted each day route as a file and made it compatible see attached filesJune 27, 2012 at 8:23 pm #224157I found the everytrail link to the GPX file would not work with my mapsource program and a ZUMO.

June 27, 2012 at 8:51 pm #225087I have loaded the route on a zumo 220 and 550 no problem at all and a 60 and a 62. The zumos need a route not a track. I did the route so I know it works I tested it over and over sorry you may have operator error or Steve has forwarded you the wrong route. He was sending both routes I thought. I spoke with him yesterday and he hadn’t had anyone report problems because I asked. Did you get the route from Steve via email or have you tried to load it from my every trail account / link. If that’s the case it won’t work because it’s not complete and wasn’t made to load from that only view
Hope that helps

I loaded it from the everytrail site which had two tracks in one file.
It had to be converted to load into mapsource and it seems to be complete.June 27, 2012 at 9:42 pm #225091minusone wrote:Trailboss wrote:I have loaded the route on a zumo 220 and 550 no problem at all and a 60 and a 62. It had to be converted to load into mapsource and it seems to be complete. That’s why it didn’t load then that one wasn’t designed to load
it was only for a reference
