With all the research I have done I don’t think Lithium batteries are worth the money and the effort at the moment just to save a bit of weight. Undoubtably they will improve in the near future and we will all be using them or something similar. I actually tried to order one for my KTM 400 a couple of years ago through Battery world and they talked me out of it and sold me a std $50 battery instead.

Well I sent my MotoCell battery back to Team Moto Honda in Nerang and without any questions at all they sent me a new one under warranty :) great service on one hand but my suspicious side asks why no inquiries into what I may have done to make it fail ?? Wrong charger ?? Stored incorrectly ?? Used it to jump start a tractor?? Etc … In not complaining at all but when I have a product fail in my business I ask a lot of questions to make sure I limit it happening again. Or is the failure rate so common they don’t need ask ??
