Lovely day, cool temps, dry but not too much dust. :cheer:
Well I have been riding with different groups and that has been very enjoyable.

But I was on a Murph ride and this isvery good cause you get constant single track with rocks, roots and mad hills thrown in.
😆Dropped me bike once on Bar hill and she just slide down this rock face. :S oops…(Way to treat a bike)
When I am there I just can’t get over the steepest of this hill. 2nd time went OK. :laugh:So 70km in 6 1/2 hours and with 10km in 15 mins.
Polly and I had had enough as we were at our limits by this time.
So thanks for leading Murph for a ride that won’t be forgotten in a hurry.
😆You should have been there. :cheer:
No photos or vids from me on this ride.
July 27, 2013 at 12:31 pm #247139A big thankyou to murph and the boys for taking me along today. I had an absolute HOOT. Great trails and a great day. I had to pull up stumps at about 3 in the arvo due to my stick I.T. legs cramping up something horrid. No pain no gain as the say, thanks to murph for facilitating my early exit and missing out on a couple of singles to do so.
I am really jealous of the bike fitness these guys have, to do it all again tomorow is amazing. Determined to build some fitness over the next couple of weeks and hopefully will get to join in again. Did I mention that today was friggin awesome
Cant wait to see some of the footage, more cameras than bikes today!
July 28, 2013 at 2:14 am #247130Thanks Murph and Tim for leading us through 70 k’s of Awsomeness…. :woohoo: :woohoo:
And also dude for sweeping most of the day!!!

It’s an awesome loop you guys have put together, a bit of everything as usual, not just a few knarly hills but a few knarly, rocky gradients to keep us focused all the time! :S :woohoo:
A few personal bests were achieved by me yesterday!!! With those massive rock steps  and glad to see everyone make it through relatively unscathed …… :pinch:

A great crew to ride with and look forward to seeing some photos…. :woohoo:
