I belive that Santa is bring me a jackaroo tuscany elite bbq. Any one got one or know what there like?

Is that the 6 burner stainless one? If so I bought that one a couple of months ago and it seems to pretty good. The threaded connections to the side burner weren’t all that great though and I threaded the fitting. I swapped some of the hoses around and got the rest to work OK as I couldn’t be bothered taking it back. Just be careful during fit out.

It’s seen a few BBQ’s now with friends and I have no issues.

Some gas fittings are left handed thread as opposed to normal fittings which are right handed thread as I am sure you will know

Got to say though Moto having seen you around fire and knowing you have botched your BBQ back together when I read the thread first thing that came to mind was

These were definitely the right thread, they were just shit fittings, you could see the burr in the other one that I had to clean up before installing the hose. I know the one to the cylinder is the other way round.
