Yes, I had a road run this morning after seeing that TB was heading to Pie in the Sky for brekky, I thought “Stuff It, I`m goin` for a blat too”

I didn`t go to the Pie in the Sky, too far for me  So I had a little run over to Cardiff, Glendale, Speers Point, round the lake foreshore to Belmont (nice windy roads followimg the lakes shoreline).
Then back over thru Floraville & back to the lake again for the reverse run ;)

Then I followed the back road over to Teralba (near Dan`s) to follow the Weir Rd over the creek to Barnsley & back thru to Westy & home. And blow me down, lunch was served just as I returned to the back gate ;) ;)

Motard wheels would have made it a smoother run I suppose, but I just will have to stick with the knobbies for now ;)

The weather was perfect, nice & cool, traffic was fairly quiet as well. Made for a relaxing run indeed :) Bit of a head clearer :woohoo:

    Nice little tour Beags
I wouldn’t even think of doing that much tar on the 525 :(
I’d be up for two new tyres and chain and sprockets ;)
    Cheers mate

    Good on ye Beags.
It’s good to force some clear into the brain now and then, quality bike time that is, dirt or tar, doesn’t matter to me.
My helmet seems to block out all the other crap that goes on in life, kind of like a really short holiday – you come back refreshed.
