I know as well as anyone that when it decides to piss it down up here it is not a light drizzle. You know your tracks better than anyone Aaron and if you say it is no good then I will listen.

I was that keen that I flew my Mum up from Sydney to baby sit the little one just so I could do the ride.

    Bugger!

That is one of my main concerns stm
locals get pretty sloppy though if it floods ,there is no tracks except on top of the range as there will be no access to bello from any direction.

im hoping the stuff blows away.

ive kept modifying the route for mountainbikers although i cant keep away from the creeks

thats why i ask for comments as im always keen to ride.although be prepared to be stuck if it does flood.

After I paid for the airfare just so I could piss off. Have I been such a bad Bull!

i’m not saying you have to cancel…………i’m just saying if it continues to Pith down it will be potentially cancelled and after the amount of pithing going on a Taree today. I’ve decided to not attend on this occasion. :( (i’ve just spent the weekend with my mum and i wished i’d spent the money on air fare to send her away!)

Aarochild if you want me to cough up some cash to cover shortfall of accommodation PM me and let me know.

Bit north of you blokes, but we’ve spent the whole day getting everyone in the lowlying areas to high ground, predicting 300mm in next 24hrs, with a possibility of 500mm in the 24 hrs after that. Becareful you blokes out there at Thora and bello has many nasty flood prone areas.

have crunching the numbers and there is a area somewhat in the middle of a lot of us, half way between wauchope and walcha. absolutly brilliant riding and camping.
