It is the Bello show that weekend so it is the biggest weeknend of the year in sleepy. BelloB)

I spoke to the Federal Hotel and they are told me they are completely booked with a tour group. I asked which one and it is Coffs Coast Trail Bike Tours. Lucky Aaron was so organise with the backpackers because the place is a sell out and Saturday night should be a lot of fun.

There are going top be more dirt bikes than cows in Bello on the 23rd.:woohoo:

You don’t need the markets to buy scented soap, candles and a whole lot of other chick stuff in Bello. My wife is almost frothing as much as I am to spend the weekend there.

Something about Bello and the girls, all the women who live in my neighbourhood are mad for the place.

HI ARRON.
sorry havent been able to get near a computer.

1. at this stage i will NOT be able to make it down.
2.if the guys need the bikes stored at CJs i suggest you show your face to carl and make yourself known to him.[if you havent allready] let him know how many and what times you need to lock them up and get them out.
3. if he has the spare space and everyone behaves he will be accomaditing.

hope you all have a safe and fun ride .the visiting riders sure are in for a great time i say bring on the rain.

Apparently it isn’t just dirt bikers that read the threads on OBT. A representative from Forests NSW has been watching this thread with interest and has since contacted us re. trail sharing with the Mountain Bike brigade.
There is a section of bush in the Pine creek area that they would rather us not use as the trails are maintained by the mountain bike club in the area.The mountain bike crew have put a lot of work into building bridges,clearing trails etc.They seem to be concerned that we could damage some of this infastructure. Which is probably fair enough if the MTB bridges around here, are anything to go by. I have spoken to Aaron concerning this and he assures me, we will be able to avoid the Pine Creek area.
The forestry guys were also concerned that it may have been us that has marked the trails with paint,Aaron also assures me, that is not the case.
So as it turns out Aaron is innocent as charged………so bring on Bello, is all I can say!

it was quite disturbing to hear that Forestry nsw had heard via the mountain bike assoc. that i was infact marking (painting trails) in the adam sawmill area this is OBT not kindygarten iam sure we all know better than that:angry:
I was confronted priour to the phone calls and am sadaned by the lack comunication.

After going for a look myself i found 2ft high arrows in fluro paint!
its also funny that there was mountainbike activity at the time(seemed like a practice circut)
