If it isn’t the 2-3rd of May I could be interested. RiderX would more than likely be keen to.

AnonymousAaron, it sounds like you need to get a date sorted so that people can try and plan things and see if they can attand. You will struggle to get poeple confirmed with ‘May’ as the ride date
I’m not having a dig, just trying to help out mate

and an indication of likely ride grade.
and yes I’m interested depending on grading.
March 17, 2009 at 10:38 am #126120Grade will be 1,2,3,4,5 a bit of every thing. The day will be as flowing as possible. We can easily change the loop to suit every bodies ability.
One point i would like to make clear is.
If you see somebody stuck on a hill, in a big rut or drowning their bike.
YOU get off your bike and help out. This will help with the flow of the ride.I am riding the loop i have in mind this sunday to make sure all trails are ciear and to work out ways to get around the big hills for those people who might not be up for the challenge.
Arrow is sorting out dates, accomadation, dinner
Wil know lots more on Monday and Arrow will have dates set???
Not the 2nd or 3rd I hopeMarch 17, 2009 at 10:43 am #126137wr450 wrote:

AnonymousSounds like you have it under control guys. Get some dates up and then you can start a list with names of those interested, could be a good ride with a few guys going along, shame I can’t make it
March 29, 2009 at 7:33 am #126150Hi Aarochild
I live on the Coffs Coast and would be keen to meet up for a ride. Once you have a date I can commit 100% but May sounds good. I have done a bit of riding on the Nth side of Coffs but not around Bellingen but I have heard good things.
This would be my first ride through the site so I am keen to meet some fellow Bulls. If anyone was keen to back it up with a ride on my side of town whilst up this way I would be more than happy to show you around.

AnonymousAaron hasn’t been on in a while (maybe he’s trying to save his swimming cows?), I’m sure he’ll sort it out when he gets back online.
WR450 – If you see this before Aaron has had a look maybe you can speak with him and gee him up about dates?
April 3, 2009 at 10:04 am #120375HEY OBT’S
Sorry fellas though those swimming cows have been the least of my problems,
the ones sliding toward me down the clay hills present QUITE a problem though! 1 tonne of ‘cow’ vs aarochild = no fun!Any how here we go-
May 22nd and 23rd, 23rd being the main ride day covering very varied trails with flowing singles alongside firetrails; making it easier for any worn out oldbulls or novices, lots of hillclimb viewing (though not needed if you dont wish to attempt , doubt i will! )
Few single trails around the rivers on the way home.
$20 will get a needed fuel top up mid morning and small snack along with a barbie and beer sat arvo.then we can re-fuel at a small shop and have a bite to eat (or a can of courage)before the rain foresty ride home.
long day to see the sights though lots of easy riding between hard stuff, once again most can be rode around or just observed! should be a laugh. For accom. I can provide the shed or full downstairs though need a swag or there is- The federal hotel bellingen, or -Diggers Tavern.
I am currently trying to obtain a house for the fri for @ 8 people approx $15 should get a bed + brecky ;unknown at this stagepost details monday as viewing some trails after the distruction over this week. post comments, interest
or phone aaron on 0409552924
April 3, 2009 at 10:35 am #128023Looks like a great ride aarochild, sadly I am going on the caves to caves that weekend mate, sorry
I am going to be up there on the long weekend in June and will more than likely bring my bike so maybe we can organise a little poke around the bush, or at least a beer and a catch up

April 3, 2009 at 8:13 pm #128036Yeah you can probably count me in,subject to a few minor details, like I haven’t spoke to the missus yet.:S
April 3, 2009 at 9:36 pm #128045I won’t be able to make it, 22nd is the day I finish my holidays
April 3, 2009 at 10:27 pm #128048I am in for sure, hopefully it will have dried out a little by then.
I feel kind of responsible for all this rain after bragging that I never have to ride in dust. At the moment I can barely ride at all. Soo much water!
