I’ve had the Thor Impact Rig SE for a bit over a year now (as long as ive been riding) and even on the hotter days its not overly noticeable as far as heat goes does stuff all for warmth on the cooler days and it fits under my large Jersey and jacket (I wear M size t-shirt) The kidney belt part of it is useless though.
