I have recently heard both Boony and Beags talk about KTM’s. Beags rode gavb’s and Boony I seem to remember talking about one so with time up my sleeve I thought I would see how I could help them.

I looked around seeing the biological triplet brothers all have KTM 300’s, DR D, Menace and Moto. Know how impressed they are, Menace got one because DR D has one and Moto cause Menace had one made me thing maybe they are a good thing or are they?

So I continued my search further in the quest to help Boony and Beagle, this took me up the north coast, Rat has done 1.2 million kms he spruks but more research quickly discovered that it has taken two bikes (his and his Dads) to keep one going sometimes and the bulk of the 1.2 million was done on Japanese bikes.

So the search continued to Bulls place but after having my coffee cup modified to flow better and cool my coffee more efficiently over a better drinking range I realised my search was far from over, I needed the perfect bike from the KTM range for Beags and Boony.

Finally I got to Mr Blues and spoke with him as a ex KTM owner but alas it was all 2 stroke this and 2 stroke that and 2 stroke this and 2 stroke that and 2 stroke this and 2 stroke that and 2 stroke this and 2 stroke that and 2 stroke this and 2 stroke that

So south young man they yelled so south I went to the Gong and spoke with LC4Skin but he said he couldn’t help as he had a linkage and it wasn’t a proper KTM.

So I turned to the KTM designers and told them what I had learnt and begged them to make me the prefect KTM over come all the problems and thus they created the bike fro Boony and Beags

The new bike has ended the PDS carry on once and for all. The engine coolant dramas are fixed, and the whole two stroke four stroke war is over mister Blue and they can ride it knowing that they are way cooler then the triplets

Yes the new KTM and the best ever built the experts agree

Nice one TB, but you are obviously totally unaware of my concurrent obsession with all things rotary and orbital, esp viariable displacement orbitals, now a variable displacement 2T rotary…MMmmm :) .

In fact I believe that may indeed be the one and only perfect KTM overall, and best value for dollar orange bike in the range.

    more info

    Service periods?
    Warrantee?
Intended use, competition MX, FMX, PE, enduro-cross?
    Is it ADRed?

Also looks like some sort of composite frame material too, has it still got the weak headstem and funny steering, although as you said it has a vast improvement on PDS in the rear…..

    :)

To be honest guys the biggest worry is how to fit a restrictor for Beags and Boony as I think it has to much power for them
