House and i had a few beers on the weekend and since we missed the epic 18 man ride the weekend before we thoufght we should go for a spin on Sunday :cheer:
House hasn’t been on a bike Since the Annual Nundle Ride way back in August so we decided just the pair of us might be the best option…blind leading the blind
Perfect riding conditions and we attacked the western side of the pines because the fog was too thick on the Eastern side.I hate that mist that fogs your goggles up
Hit the steps and made a repair stop at Paddys corner as a bolt fell out of my bike….how unusual
Everyone seems to avoid Big Mumma like the plague,i don’t know why…i think its as fun as a bag of cats :P
For those who know nothing about her…she is a rock strewn Bi%$# that has bought many a good rider undone. Not overly steep but bloody tricky. When a bit wet  ,Big mumma is a tough ride, you have to hang onto her by the love handles and don’t lose momentum.Sometimes you can get stuck in her crack and its not pretty when you do  After a bit of grunting and pushing i finished her off and rested at the top.Had a smoke and watched poor ol House come undone on her ugly face
The big fella was blowing like a train and had to do the walk of shame in the end
Fancy ME riding someone elses bike to the top..wonders will never cease
After a long break to avoid heart attacks we made our way towards Snowys endless singles of doom :cheer:
We saw the ramp where Damous had a face plant, nasty drop off !!!!
Had a ball hooning around the forest lost as bastards…Cleared a few trees off some of the singles etc etc
Decided we better head back and i hit reserve not far from the cars.Followed House up the steep track to the airstrip and just as he went over the last rise his chain exploded  :pinch:
Thank Gawd that happened 200 m from the cars which resulted in a flat push to the trailers.House was rooted
Fun day out and fitness was non existant

Looking down Big Mummas crack

What the hell Bols? You Nundle riders never put up photos in the first post! Have you forgotten the rules?

    Great stuff though!

Oh, and what’s the old saying? “Stuck in Mumma’s crack, break Houses back!” (Or something along those lines!)

Well done Bolls. Did that hill for the first time just after xmas and made it up but it was dry. I have come down it 3 or 4 times. Its better wet as the rocks pack together but slippery.

Heres a vid of my 1st attempt. Me and a mate was the only 2 out of 5 that made it. Jason was running 14 46 gearing.

Because a lot of people will think they can do it only to find it is too hard and it is a long way back around the easy way. It was on the Sunday ride of the Nundle ride but we went down it . It is always on the extreme ride that Bollocks puts on Murph so keep an eye out for it mate it will not disappoint
