Aw comon Al don’t give him a phsycological edge, you’ll smash him just like before and get less worn out doing it!
By the way Al, do you work with concrete boots or horses heads or something???
Not one reply putting down Huskys on this thread .. gotto be a reason for it?

July 17, 2012 at 12:53 pm #226004Well I’m glad Bigger Al liked my little 310 cos I love it.
When I gave it to him I told him the forks needed a little attention but as I was going to Cape York on my DR my money had to go in that direction.
I did have a bit of trouble with fork seals initially but last time they leaked Rory at Rocks put in the tripple lip ones he mentioned and I got well over a year out of them. That was riding trails, MotoX, sprints and PonyX so I was very happy with them.
True, it’s not the fasted bike on the market, but I’m not the fastest rider either. I reckon it’s a great all rounder and the harder you push it the more it seems to like it.
Mechanically, I’ve had very few problems at all. I did have a temp sensor pack it in a couple of times but that was fixed under warrenty. Yes they do come with a real warrenty. And compared to Orange bikes of the same year???? Well a I Know of at least three that are on there 2nd or 3rd rebuild for the sameish amount of hours.
Orange = too higher state of tune for the average joe. IMO
Husky = not the fastest bike(but close) in the market place but reliable and value for money.
Can I have it back now Al………. please

July 17, 2012 at 4:37 pm #226229I didnt read much into it, but the latest ADB mag rated the new Husky TE250 as the king of the 2fitty’s 👿 as the 310 is based on the 250 I reckon it will be a pearler, and allso a perfect choice for AL. The times I have rode Krams bike I thouroughly enjoyed it.

looking for a 2011 up ollie, thats the new lighter model.
July 27, 2012 at 6:38 pm #226253My brother (Green450) just got a 2012 310, only paid 10900 on road from Trooper Lu. His old bike is a KLX 450 which he loves but he also loved the CRF 250 he had before that so I guess the 310 was an obvious in between choice.
We went for a ride last weekend and he is very happy with it, nice and light, plenty of power and it sounds cool with the standard Leo Vince pipe. Plus he got a huge Husky pit tent, full factory racer pro style :woohoo:
Since you have changed your avatar pick Al you better hurry up and buy one
