The second round of the Northern Inland Pony ExprerssSeries is on Sunday 30th May at Bike Territory, near Narrabri NSW. 4 hour race. A great track with lots of variety in the terrain. Around 24km per lap.

    For all details go to

The Coonabarabran round (Goanna Tracks) in September has been cancelled (track licencing issues) so it will now be a six round series this year.

What’s the go Bol, No entry received yet. Will be prime conditions. 36mm on Monday night and more to come on Saturday. This ain’t no Uralla. This will be heaven on two wheels (well as long long as I can keep it on the wheels). Got to say 4 hours no button might suck a lot though.

I road this last year and the track was a cracker. Good mix of singles, flat track, hills and rocky little creeks.

Wish I could ride I’d be there in a flash :(

Good luck bol and co, may the force be with you :woohoo:

I remember you telling us in the riders briefing how slippery the first corners was

My wrist is coming along. Gotta go back for more surgery in a couple of weeks and then my goal is to be back on the bike for Upper Horton.

Is the track the same as last year?

    Good luck on Sunday.

Nah..got to go to Port Base. My wrist is fused at the moment and they are going to take the pins out to get it moving again.

Track is pretty much the same. A little shorter to try and get average lap times under 30 minutes. Bit different at the start. The start straight has been shortened and a couple of corners and jumps added to give the spectators some viewing pleasure. Only small jumps but something to watch when you’re in the pits.

    Hey Bundyroy

I know i am not up for this with a broken leg but just intrested in what entry fees and can you still get day licences and how much. I wouldn’t mind doing a bit of racing again.

    Entry fees,

If you pre enter (requires the whole effort of filling out entry form and faxing it in before the race) $25
    Enter on the day $45

    One day licence $50

    Narrabri Club membership $30
If you are a member of a club in the series (Armidale, Moree, Inverell) then Narrabri will give you a one race mebership of $10.

So basically once you have done a round of the series the membership costs are $10/race after that instead of $30/race.

Will the rain stop this event? The big down hill section will be fun if it is wet!! At least you know that if you go down it you will get to the bottom. The number of pieces you will be in could vary though

This event is still on will leave tamworth in am with pep if he is still coming or otherwise i will have a spare seat. There is still room for one more anyway but you would need a bike trailer. Not mentioning any names Boony
