    Hi guys Aidan here
A massive thank you for your help yesterday. Had 3 hours of surgery this morning to put the fibea back together, was in 5 pieces.
Also thanks to the guys who went back in today to retrieve the panzer, hope you enjoy the ride….

Thanks so much for the help, and concern. Will have to get some riding lessons from you lot!

    Cheers
    Aidan

    Welcome mate

I just spoke with your wife and let her know the bike is home, mate I am more than happy to help as I am sure someone would help myself or my friends if need be. We went in through Shooters Hill and found the bike no problems at all, she rides straight and true. Got to say buddy if you take to this crashing caper I am happy to ride it back, its an awesome bike and a pleasure to ride and the heated grips how good are they. I tested it out for you and its all good I must say.
Its parked here at home disc brake locks on it and chained to my Honda (which they would take first  ) and its cover is on, so its safe. I will drop it up on Saturday as I arranged with your wife..

Good to see your all patched up Aiden, I caught some of it on the helmet cam, don’t think your mrs would want to see you lying there with lots of boofy blokes around you :) But if you want it let me know and I can cut that piece out and email it to ya.

    Cheers
    Chris.

Here Here to what Mick said TB, The whole episode shows at heart you really have one, top example Mate to all the newbies that are here and choice actions by retrieving and storing the beemer, the only thing we need to work on now is ya ugly mug……I just couldnt help my self.:) :)

Seriously this is what riding with ya mates and doing the right thing is all about, I think you should get the Old Bull of the year for next year, Makes us all think about the other guys we ride with and how to make the whole thing work for us all, Keep the good examples coming like this and I might just like you one day……nah you ride a Honda……but there is hope:laugh: :) ;)

Aidenk, you are so lucky to have thrown yourself down in front of these guys intended route, hope all goes well for the aches and pains, hope you have a speedy recovery, stay upright Mate

Well done guys, good show from all of you and especially TB and chop!

Aidan, glad to hear you’re on the mend, mate. What sort of boat anchor is it?

Its a shame stories of such good spirit don’t make the headlines instead of the pit bike/hoon crowd behaviour.

I have been sitting back reading this thread and if its ok with all I`m gunna comment.(only admin can stop me)

Old mate that fell from the Beema, hope you have a trouble free recovery and get back on that BMW real soon,(bettcha it gets a OBT sticker on somewhere)

    TB.
you have shown all and sundry your true colours (will ride anything) no just kidding, to do what yous have done for a stranger is up there with one of the best and nicest things I have ever heard about.:)

If this act of unselfishness is what being an OLB BULL TRAILRIDER is all about, I`m here to stay, where do I buy the T shirt to advertise that I`m an Old Bull.:) ;)

Congrats to the recovery crew for a valiant effort to recover a strangers bike and reduce the amount of anxiety going through the owners mind whilst he lays in hospital.:)

PS bettcha TB gets bloody grip warmers for the Honda now..who wants a bet?:woohoo: :woohoo: :)
