Deejay, Lefty and I are leaving here early tomorrow morning heading to the Christmas Party in Nundle :woohoo: We are meeting Eags and Deano near Buladelah (spelling  ) to continue to a shed party at Micks. There we join Moose’s magic mystery tour to Nundle. Big night and the next day we will follow Bollocks to Moonan Flat. From there I have a route for us back to Blaxland. Around 1400 kms under 100kms off slab and two hangovers :woohoo:

October 29, 2011 at 12:12 pm #211050looks like TB and his group have left Nundle, I wonder which way they are going to take home ?? its a decent ride in a day !!
October 29, 2011 at 3:14 pm #211073just spoken with TB and Lefty has gone on a reccy ride to see how they are going to get off the mother of all hills the they have just ridden up !!!
if you check point 50 on TBs spot tracker have a look at the contours from their to Rouchel Brook and then theirs a few decent creek crossings after that !! looks as though they have to decent 600m very quickly !! :woohoo:October 29, 2011 at 11:15 pm #211077Home, what a huge day, bogs, Murphsburg style hills, storms , wind, flooded causeways, hills and none stop riding. Thanks to all involved will report later

October 29, 2011 at 11:17 pm #211078We got back to Blaxland at around 8PM all in tact. Thanks to everyone for a great weekend it was bloody awesome! :woohoo:
Well that mother of a hill was conquered by all (Down anyway!) It was pissing down so TB asked me to do a Recce. I went down the only problem was there was no way of letting the boys know that it was ok to come down. So the only way of telling the boys was to have a crack at getting back up. So I gave it a shot and made it 3/4 of the way back up to let the boys know that it was ok. Bloody tough though   Some great hardcore ADV riding!
I also managed to demonstrate to Micknmeld how to crash safely at 60km through a slippery concrete causeway. Bugger me It felt like a long crash. 😆 😆 :silly: :silly:Cheers the Leftone,
Pics to follow later

It was a mother of a trail winding up just as the storm wound up and we all looked at each other at one point & remarked “WHAT GOES UP, MUST COME DOWN” :whistle:It was a hell of a downhill ride,,, I mean SLIDE     :pinch:
October 29, 2011 at 11:36 pm #211018Thank Christ we had reception on the hill & Thanx Jacko for the online map checking
Good Job mate,,,
We thought Lefty was a gonner for a while after we sent him down solo on the drop of death
But the little legend not only made it down, but rode halfway back up before calling out to us :laugh:Cheers Left One
