Anyone know of a good mechanic in the Newcastle/Hunter area that does Blue slips (not the normal Pink slip) that you can recommend?

    A nice ‘friendly’ mechanic?

see old mate at Skinners Mechanical @ Bero/Woodberry. Milton is the owner but all the guys there are good. They’ll blue slip cars, bikes, trailers etc, you just need to book in. PH:49663595

I’d make a few phone calls and just be up front about it only being a dirt bike and if they sound like they can hear you winking high five your self.

    No.

And yes I am aware it doesn’t need an inspection as it’s less than 5 years old ;)

Oh my idea was you could take the blinkers and such off the 300 and use them for that part of your problem was all.

Pink slip is a road worthy required every 12months after the vehicle is 5 years old

A blue slip is required when you have been slack and let it expire for more then 3 months after the rego was due

    Welcome to NSW
