January 28, 2014 at 11:28 am #253679You ride around and around in circles on the same tracks every weekend, get out there and do some travel and explore new riding areas.
I’m going to Barrington Tops at the end of Feb and Tassie early March

The greatest reason I love the ADV riding at the moment is I travel the country, see stuff, drink piss, meet peeps, explore new areas and all with my buds

Tassy sounds good LC ya lucky bastard, enjoy the rocks from what I hear and try not to fall into the ocean. A few of the boys from work did it a few years ago and had a very ….. memorable trip

January 28, 2014 at 12:03 pm #253684Hopefully we can liven up the big fella at barringtons with some good riding and a camp out with some more like minded crazy fools.
We might even be able to take him and tim out to the bottom of terrible billy, I have it on good authority that the trail is no longer ridable by god fearing men of common sense and good judgement.
edit * we thought we had terrible billy in the loop but alas we were mistaken, its a great hill but not the ascention to heaven of legend. There is also another monster hill allegedly called the lada neva trail.

January 28, 2014 at 8:32 pm #253688Cool pics, MrSquig.
Go the 4.2.
I’ve got to wait another 5 months and around Oz we go again. :woohoo: :woohoo:
Will spend 3 months travelling around our beautiful country.
This will be our 4th trip around and we are finding new places all the time.
I’m in desperate need of some coral reef barrels with nobody around for miles. :woohoo:50 yrs old this year and in my opinion that is still way too young for Adv riding

Your right, Rocket. I should be taking the tinny out for some fishing/spearing. It’ll need some good runs before I put it on the roof of the Nissan.
Cheers
MurphJanuary 28, 2014 at 8:42 pm #253689If you like a challenge murph bring the tinny to tamworth and try to boat the peel. It looks similar to squiggles photos.
January 28, 2014 at 10:48 pm #253690Those rock steps look like one of Murph’s famous climbs.
No worries Murph, we will have a good spin this weekend, shame about the dust that’s all.
Speaking of which, 20C at 9:45am with a top of 35C today. Morning ride there should be nice.January 29, 2014 at 3:07 am #253693axel wrote:Those rock steps look like one of Murph’s famous climbs. No worries Murph, we will have a good spin this weekend, shame about the dust that’s all.

Never thought I would try and ride a dirt bike up there at the time but goes to show you never know whats around the corner

Yeah KTM Trail Tours from Batemans Bay in conjunction with Dirt Track Tas, different mob to the one we went with last year.
