Boulders DR before the build

I have put new spring in rear shock and put the DJ jet kit in and opened up the airbox. Next is to fit the new Fm system. Then bash plate, gold valves and new springs in the fornt forks.
I am picking up some panniers and racks from Steve this week. I also have Bark Busters to fit and New handle bars and risers. Safari 30 ltr tank should be here next week. And last but not least a unifilter air filter. That will have to be it for now until I have some more money to spend :blush:January 31, 2011 at 11:04 am #195579Good as gold mate  Can’t wait to see the end result, high country? Black looks good

February 3, 2011 at 2:11 am #195581Well after a few hot nights in the shed the pig is starting to get there!
I have put the heavy springs up front and drilled the holes out in the damping rod and added two more, with the gold valves added this has made a big diff to the front end and cant wait to test it out on the trails.
I also replaced the rear spring and fitted the bash plate.
The DJ jetting kit went in and I opened up the airbox  Yes I know it will burn more juice but it has made a huge diff to the power and I am willing to pay for that in fuel
A new unifilter and FM exhaust to help it breath and I am happy with the transformation so far.
Steve from advmoto helped me out with some wolfman panniers and racks and I would recommend a visit to his store its packed with goodies!
February 3, 2011 at 2:53 am #195582Hi Boulder, looks great. You would have to be happy with the way the racks and bags fit up. Leaves plenty of room behind you without all those bags pushing up against you.
Look forward to catching up soon.
