    well broke another bolt in my footpeg today:angry: was only replaceing them to:blink: fat bastard i am looks like im am going to tap it out to the next size up cross fingers i dont f%&k it up:unsure: or i will be sitting on esky next to mick:( bolt master here i come

    Why do you need to go next size up, should save that for when you got no choice, just a thought, do you need a hand to get the old one out?

    never had any luck with ezy outs tryed one today but tight barsted didnt wont to bust it in there got hole drilled try again tomorrow if i get in trouble will throw it on ute and come up hill if that is ok rum offerings in hand;)

    Would be better Tiny if you didnt do anything more before you bring it up I have better ezy outs and years of practice removing broken bolts and its better if people havent tried to much first, sorry but its the truth

    Well Tiny has been and gone, ezy outed the broken bolt and ran a tap through both sides threads, poor foot peg design how they mount on his chainsaw, it really just wants to break, poor design!

    Was left with a 6 pack of Rumbos! :woohoo:
