    Hi Steve,

Interested in the NEW Buckin’ Roll Tank Bag by Giant Loop

    https://www.adventuremoto.com.au/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=21&products_id=463

Do you know how well they will fit with the Safari Tanks? Specifically the 28 Liter for the DRZ400E? Giant loop seems to only discuss the Acerbis tanks and they seem to focus on the XR650 in all their info packs and photos..

    Cheers…

I have a Giant loop Fandango tank bag Krusty and am super happy with it, it has been through the rain on the Cameron ride and the hail and thunder storms on my last outing and never leaked, plenty of room and pockets. I know it’s not the one you are looking at but wanted to add it as the giant loop stuff is good quality.

Thanks TB.. I was interested in this one because of the wrap around feature.. The Safari tanks are slightly different from the Acerbis, IMS etc so was hoping someone knew someone who used it on a Safari Tank.. :)

I would like to go with a small tank bag of sorts for the ADV rides but concerned it would interfere with standing as you experienced on and off on the Cameron ride..

What do you guys reckon about the Enduro series tank bag.. It looks small and tidy and the Wolfman videos use a DRZ for the sample however an acerbis tank.. ;)

I reckon you are better of with a better setup at the rear like soft bags which holds more than the loop you have. I find the tank bags very restrictive and am very careful of which rides I will use mine now. Soft pannier style bags help to get your weight down low and dont restrict your movements on the bike.

    IMO

Hi Krusty, The Buckin Roll will fit any safari style tank as long as there is a cut out in the wings. You can also use it with your Fandango Tank Bag as an add on (pockets) wrapping it around the outside of the Fandango.

    Cheers

    Hi Krusty,
Just got one on these from the states. Havent actually used it yet but it is very good quality and should do the job fine. It is roomier than I thought.
