March 31, 2011 at 12:39 pm #198709Nope its just some guys with old bikes are to precious, and they don’t like it when people get sick of discussing the merits of the different white paint used by Yamaha on their early YZ tanks.
Thats why I like the guys and gals here. Real bikes getting ridden by real people.

xxxooohello Rudy, would it be rude to ask if i may indeed refer to you as “Mr Evil” ?
and I am pondering if indeed you are our new Dick?
The old Dick is still about but he’s been hibernating for a stretch now……….May i also ask does Tony Abbott really think he will ever be a real man?

March 31, 2011 at 4:15 pm #198710You can call me anything, just not late for dinner.
I am far to shrewed to be a Dick. Plus I am here on O-ficial Business. The other two tool sites are for fun.
Not sure is Tony will ever be a real man with Julia doing such a good job of being one. I do know that we would pay less tax as he believes in small government and big business.
Personality he is not, but neither was Howard and those were the best years Australia had fiscally and socially (in terms of employment and social programs) since the end of WW2.
I do believe though that if Tony were a dirt biker, he’d ride and SL230…
Suspension questions anyone?
Rudy out.March 31, 2011 at 5:52 pm #199038posted new thread so not get lost in the banter :silly:
oh and i think the SL230/250’s are understated/under rated! the SL 230 is/was a far better bike than the 1st of the CRF230’s , disc brakes both ends, full stainless exhaust and muffler. and a tubeless rear wheel /tyre.
