Brief description of what happened
Rode out Friday morning to suss and maybe add a bit more to Tims (my kid) new single
Had been out clearing trees from it the day before
Came to a rock drop off and baulked (he who hesitates has lost)
Ended up over the hangers and at the bottom of the 8ft drop in a flash
Epic adventure getting my bike out of there as I was by myself
Not enjoying the pain I drove to toronto medical clinic only to be told they don’t have doctors rostered on through the day
Off to Belmont for X-rays, finding my clavical disslocated from my scapula (collar bone from shoulder blade)
No surgeory or manipulation needed evidently. Just time as the cure
Bloody sore though
Never ride by yourself kiddies
Don’t know how many times I have said that
Missed a bloody top weekend of riding as the rain has been on and off all weekend
