Great day out on the bikes
Conditions were not ideal with a lot of dust due to the westerlies drying it out through the week.
We did the three hills, Amazon, Congo and Razorback and I think everybody was happy with that. I know I was as I didn’t drop my bike once.
Hats off to bender675 for riding most of the day with no rear brake. The brake line to the slave cylinder had somehow come loose and he lost all of the fluid. I must admit I would of been freaking on some of those downhills on my 500, so he did an exceptional job on his 2 stroker.
Also bender gets the award for the gutsiest attempt at Razorback for the day.
We may of cured kb of his phobia of logs and rocks too. If not he did a damn good job of hiding it
David A and Paul both rode good with only the occasional misshap
Tim did well and took on the hard section of stage 3 Amazon and pretty much blitzed everything. Unfortunately he made a silly mistake on the way home in easy terrain and came off landing on his footpeg, injurying his tailbone and bending the crap out of the exhaust.
